Rights of the persons concerned

You have the right to consult the data that concern you and to obtain a copy of the data that we hold about you. If your personal data have changed, you may ask us to rectify, complete, or delete obsolete, incorrect or incomplete data that we hold on you. Moreover, you have the right to limit processing of your personal data and to object to processing of your personal data. You also have the right to receive the personal data that concern you and that you have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and you have the right to transmit such data to another controller.

We may ask you to provide a proof of your identity in order to ensure you have the legal right to make a request and to ascertain that we provide the answers to the person having the legal right to send us one of the above-mentioned requests and to obtain the data.

Please note that in some circumstances sanctioned by law, we can refuse access to your data or not comply with your request when a data protection legislation in force allows us to do so.
